why do you love working at Puzzle Pieces and doing the work you do

My favorite part of being at Puzzle Pieces is working alongside kids to grow through play, art, and telling their stories. I love collaborating with families, caregivers, and the different disciplines of clinicians on our team. When we see children through their strengths, we are able to appreciate what makes them unique, what helps them cope with the world around us, and help empower them to be the truest version of themselves.

explain what you do at Puzzle Pieces

I am a mental health clinician at Puzzle Pieces, and I see children for individual therapy and families for consultation. I am passion about working with LGBTQ+ children and families, those experiencing complex medical situations, trauma, or coping with difficult emotions.

what do you like doing outside of work

Outside of work, I enjoy trail running, hiking, and exploring with my dog. When I’m not at Puzzle Pieces, I can be found working in local adaptive and accessible marine education.
