Moms Navigating Neurodiversity provides a supportive space where moms can connect, share experiences, and find solace with others who understand the challenges of parenting neurodiverse children. This virtual group is specifically for moms of children with ADHD, autism, anxiety, dyslexia, and other diagnosed or suspected neurodiverse conditions.
Topics covered include embracing your parenting journey, coping strategies and self-care, fostering a supportive community, and advocacy for your child’s needs.
Led by a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), this group offers a guided environment for meaningful discussions and mutual support.
