why do you love working at Puzzle Pieces and doing the work you do
I love working in a collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming environment where children and families are valued as partners. I enjoy collaborating with other providers, continually growing through lifelong learning, and providing play-based, strengths-based therapy that celebrates each child’s unique abilities. The best part? My work is built around play, curiosity, and meaningful connections every day.
explain what you do at Puzzle Pieces
I provide individualized, play-based therapy to support children in developing articulation, language, social communication, fluency, and AAC skills. By building on each child’s unique interests and strengths, I create engaging, meaningful sessions that foster communication, confidence, and connection. My goal is to help every child express themselves authentically and reach their full potential.
what do you like doing outside of work
Outside of Puzzles Pieces, I enjoy going on walks around Boston and trying new restaurants. When the weather is not cooperating, you can find me at home watching football (Go Ravens!), cooking a new recipe, or doing every New York Times game available.
what education or certifications do you have
- BS in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Northwestern University, Class of 2022.
- MS in Speech, Language, and Learning from Northwestern University (2024).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Licensed speech-language pathologist in the state of Massachusetts
