why do you love working at Puzzle Pieces and doing the work you do
Puzzle Pieces perfectly exemplifies my therapeutic philosophy of meeting children where they are and communicating via play and creative forms of expression. I also value and appreciate Puzzle Pieces’ commitment to including families in the child’s treatment, for caregivers are such an essential part to a child’s growth and development. Working with children is my passion, and I enthusiastically believe in the work that is done at Puzzle Pieces.
explain what you do at Puzzle Pieces
In my role as Supervisor of the Behavioral Health Department, I have the privilege of supporting and mentoring fellow clinicians while continuing to work directly with clients. This allows me to stay connected to my clinical work and utilize play, expressive, and other evidence-based interventions. I am dedicated to supporting families and collaborating closely with each child’s entire support system to help them thrive.
what do you like doing outside of work
When I’m not working, you can find me with my family at the beach or park, exploring somewhere new, enjoying good food, or planning our next little adventure. I love creating fun experiences and memories with my two children and spending time out in nature.
