If you’ve spent time at Puzzle Pieces, you know the people behind the care are a big part of what makes our community so special. Our multidisciplinary team brings together expertise in speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, mental health, feeding therapy, DIRFloortime, and more, but just as importantly, they bring creativity, compassion, and a genuine love for helping children and families thrive. While our full team is much bigger, here are a few of the clinicians you may meet at Puzzle Pieces.
Speech Team

Meredith Farrell, MS, CCC-SLP – Speech Team Leader
Meredith is a speech and language pathologist, SOS-trained feeding therapist, and DIRFloortime-certified therapist. At Puzzle Pieces, she works with children of all ages to help increase their speech-language development and feeding skills using a child-led and play-based approach while collaborating with their families and caregivers. She also mentors our clinical fellows.
When she’s not working, Meredith loves hanging out with her family, friends, and two dogs on Cape Cod.

Sarah Ehrlich, MS, CCC-SLP
Sarah is a speech-language pathologist at Puzzle Pieces. She works with children with a range of communication needs by highlighting their unique strengths and abilities in a way that supports their growth. Sarah does particularly great work with gestalt language learners, children who benefit from a developmental approach, and AAC users.
In her free time, Sarah is always working on some kind of arts-and-crafts project. Whether it’s a new embroidery piece or seashell art, you can find her letting her creativity flow outside of work – and sometimes during sessions with clients too!

Isabelle Poulack, MS, CCC-SLP
Isabelle is a speech-language pathologist and SOS-trained feeding therapist who works with children and their caregivers to assess and treat a variety of speech and language delays and disorders through a child-led approach. She loves being able to build meaningful relationships with both the children and families at Puzzle Pieces.
Outside of work, Isabelle enjoys being outside, reading, trying out new recipes, and spending time with her family and friends.

Amelia Vettraino, MS, CCC-SLP
Amelia, a speech-language pathologist, works with children and their caregivers to evaluate and treat a variety of speech and language delays and disorders. The opportunity to work closely with both children and their families is a significant part of why she enjoys her work here at Puzzle Pieces.
When Amelia is not at work, she loves spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, hiking all around New England, and painting for fun.
Occupational Therapy Team

Cecil Huang, MS, OTR/L – Occupational Therapy Team Leader
As a pediatric occupational therapist, SOS-trained feeding therapist, and DIRFloortime-certified therapist, Cecil works with children to help them reach their full potential and engage in daily activities that are meaningful to them and their families.
Outside of work, Cecil enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, doing arts and crafts, and engaging in outdoor activities like hiking, going to the beach, and camping.

Heather Richards, MS, OTR/L – Occupational Therapy Supervisor
As a pediatric occupational therapist and SOS-trained feeding therapist, Heather helps kids reach their full potential with everyday kid tasks. She loves being able to think outside the box and target kids’ and families’ goals in creative ways.
Heather enjoys spending her free time with her family, playing tennis, and going to the beach.
Mental Health Team

Paige Gennant, MSW, LICSW – Behavioral Health Department Leader
Paige is a SPACE-certified anxiety therapist. She works collaboratively with kids, families, and other providers to support the development of the child’s social and emotional skills, including learning new coping strategies, emotion regulation, problem-solving skills, and more. Paige specializes in working with girls with anxiety and established our “Girls Just Want to Have Fun” group here at Puzzle Pieces.
When Paige is not at work, she loves spending time with her friends and family, going to the gym, and spending time on the beach in Narragansett.

Nora Sweeny, M.Ed., LMHC
Nora is a mental health clinician at Puzzle Pieces, working to support children and families with various behavioral health concerns, such as developing skills to regulate emotions, managing anxiety, and building confidence. Many families she works with are dealing with a complex divorce.
Outside of work, Nora spends most of her time with her children. They love swimming, gymnastics, the beach, and playing outside together!

Brittany Kyriakides, MSW, LCSW – Community Outreach Coordinator
Brittany is a mental health clinician and Problematic Gaming Specialist here at Puzzle Pieces, working with children and families to help kids build confidence in who they are and how they relate to the world around them, navigate challenges, and feel understood. She is especially interested in how gaming, internet culture, and social media intersect with mental health, and how they impact the way kids connect, cope, and express themselves. As our Community Outreach Coordinator, Brittany fosters our relationships with local daycares and preschools where we provide consultations and trainings, and facilitates on-site support relationships.
Outside of work, Brittany enjoys playing board games with her friends, spending time with her family, hanging out with her cat, and watching basketball.
