why do you love working at Puzzle Pieces and doing the work you do
I love working at Puzzle Pieces because I have the opportunity to support children and their families. It is incredibly rewarding to equip families with strategies and psychoeducation that can assist their children to make meaningful progress, while creating fun and engaging experiences for the kids.
Also, I truly appreciate how collaborative and supportive the team is at Puzzle Pieces. It’s inspiring to work in an environment that encourages professional growth, values teamwork, and is committed to empower children, families and clinicians to succeed.
explain what you do at Puzzle Pieces
At Puzzle Pieces, I am a mental health clinician who is passionate about supporting children and families through individualized care. I am committed to providing compassionate, and holistic therapy where each child or family member feels safe, heard, and understood.
My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI) while maintaining a strong foundation in multicultural competence. I have a special interest in working with children experiencing anxiety, depression, and life transitions, and I strive to empower them and their families with the skills and support needed to foster growth and resilience.
